Frigidaire FGHS2631PF Leaking Unknown Fluid After a Power Outage

Treat sticky black liquid under a Frigidaire FGHS2631PF refrigerator as an unidentified substance, not as a confirmed refrigerant or compressor diagnosis. Keep people and pets away, do not touch, wipe, smell, scrape, or repeatedly run the refrigerator to see what happens.
