Kenmore Refrigerator Freezer Drawer Opens Only 6–8 Inches: Check Moisture Safely

Do not force a Kenmore freezer drawer that stops after 6–8 inches, and do not pry at ice with a knife, heat the cabinet, or keep pulling against the rails. First stop and look only at the visible drawer opening for a package, ice, frost, water or a displaced gasket that is physically blocking the travel.
