First turn every burner knob fully to OFF and confirm each knob has returned to its normal position. If GE surface-burner igniters keep clicking after the burner is lit, or keep clicking with all knobs off, stop using the cooktop: unplug it or turn off its breaker and shut off the cooktop gas supply until a qualified service person checks it.
