Amana Washer Buzzing During Spin: What the Sound Can Mean

On Amana top-load washers covered by the opened Amana support guidance, a hum or whir during spin can be normal motor operation, and a hum while the washer is draining can come from the pump. First identify whether the sound occurs during spin, drain, or both, then stop the washer and check the load distribution, the four feet, hoses, and nearby objects from the outside.
