Thermador T36IB800SP ice maker not dumping after the ice bin was cleaned

After cleaning and reinstalling the T36IB800SP ice bin, first verify that the ice maker is enabled, the bin is fully seated against the back-wall detection switch, and no ice or tool is blocking the level-sensing arm. Thermador says a jammed cube can be released with a blunt plastic tool and warns against sharp objects.
