Bosch Washing Machine Not Spinning: Safe Checks

1. Stop the washer and make the drum safe

   Press Pause or stop the programme and wait for all movement to end. Inspect the exterior and floor from a safe position. Do not open the door by force, reach through the door seal, or attempt to hold the drum still. Do not pull fabric from under a moving agitator or force a stuck drum.

   Expected result: The load is bunched on one side, contains a single heavy or bulky item, is overloaded, or is evenly distributed and within the model's load guidance.

Keep the door closed during movement. Stop immediately for grinding, repeated clicking, a burning smell, a power trip, a leak, a stuck drum, or a code. Do not remove the rear panel to inspect a belt or motor.

   Expected result: The drum accelerates and completes a stable spin, it turns briefly then stops, it never turns, it makes an abnormal noise, or the same code or symptom returns.
